Remembering 911

William J. Murray, the chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition recounts the events of the 9-11 jihad attack against the United States as he lived them. Murray was on the 14th Street bridge near the Pentagon when American Airlines 77 slammed into it. He had been on the phone with a Special Assistant to President Bush discussing the attacks in New York at the time.

The expanded diaper program in Iraq

The Christians of Qaraqosh and other towns simply call us “the diaper ministry.” We distribute diapers in six sizes from newborn to toddler. We fill a void that no other ministry is addressing. At the same time, our partner ministry reinforces the Gospel of hope through our Lord.

The April mission trip to Nigeria – Part 2

Remains of the Agatu Church. Only the shell remains but services are still held there where 113 died.

We drove south for many hours from Makurdi and stopped briefly at Agatu town, then headed to the village where the attack occurred.  When the paved road stopped we had to change cars to continue at under five miles per hour on a dirt road that was more path than road.

All liberty, known more popularly as freedom today, is born in the heart of God. The forces of evil are always ready to steal our liberty and our hope away from us. In America the liberty we have was handed down to us by men of good character who did indeed believe the Bible was the supreme guide, and this America must never forget.
