Nov 4th, 2013 | By

The likeliest source of the chemical munitions in rebel hands is the Gaddafi-era chemical stockpiles in Libya. Libyan chemical weapons reach the Syrian rebels by way of Turkey. The Turkish authorities appear to be sometimes unable to control this traffic. Once chemically armed, Syrian rebel groups launch chemical attacks at a time and place of their choosing
