High School Student Banned From Praying On Free Time

Chase Windebank, a student at Pine Creek High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been banned from discussing the Bible and praying with fellow students during his free time on campus. The principal of the school claims that Windebanks’ actions violate the separation of church and state.



Catholic Law School Wins Victory Against Obamacare

The Ave Maria Law School has just won its lawsuit against the Obama Administration over the Obamacare abortion mandate. A federal judge has ruled that the abortion mandate imposed on the law school is banned from enforcement. The school faced thousands of dollars in fines for refusing to abide by the mandate.

U.S. Supreme Court Strongly Affirms That Americans Are Free To Pray

The U.S. Supreme Court Monday strongly affirmed the freedom of Americans to pray according to their own beliefs at public meetings. Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys represent the town of Greece, N.Y. in the lawsuit, Town of Greece v. Galloway. Lead counsel and allied attorney Thomas G. Hungar of the Washington, D.C. law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP argued the case before the Supreme Court in November of last year.
